1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Only Humans: Jobs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. Tovar Industries reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Only Humans: Jobs provides:

  • An AI-powered job risk assessment tool that estimates the likelihood of a job being replaced by artificial intelligence
  • A curated job listings board focused on human-essential roles

The AI risk scores provided are estimates based on available data and research. They are intended for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional career advice.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
  • Use the App to distribute spam or harmful content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
  • Misrepresent the AI risk scores or job listings to others for commercial gain

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and AI-generated scores — is the property of Tovar Industries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tovar Industries makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The accuracy or completeness of AI risk scores
  • The availability or suitability of any job listings
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

Use of the App and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tovar Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of employment, income, or career opportunities.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may display job listings or links sourced from third parties. Tovar Industries does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party listings or websites.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
